Local Delivery :
Whilst we endeavour to deliver your items when stipulated we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (i.e. extreme weather conditions, road closures etc). However, we will always endeavour to provide the best possible service.

Orders under £15.00 may be subject to a small delivery charge depending upon distance from Ellington.

We will deliver anywhere that is convenient to you (i.e. home, workplace, with a relative / friend or even to a neighbour) providing that you supply us with your own full contact details when ordering.


National Delivery :
National Delivery is free to the mainland United Kingdom only. In order to qualify for free national delivery you must have a minimum order size of 2 x 15kg bags of food or 4 x 7.5kg bags of food.


Sample Bags :
Sample bags of approximately 150g in weight for dog food and 100g in weight for cat food are available upon request. A small charge will be made to cover postage costs only. Sample bags are limited to only one per household.

Northumbrian Pet Supplies have the right to refuse any order or sample request at the owners discretion.  Northumbrian Pet Supplies are entitled to make alterations to its terms and conditions when it is required and without prior notification.


Customer Satisfaction :
In the unlikely event the product is damaged on arrival and providing that the bag is still sealed, please contact us within 7 days for the product to be replaced or refund offered.


Pet Allergies :
We are not vets and cannot be held responsible for any allergies a pet may develop.  We have provided the list of ingredients for pet owners to make their own decisions before purchase of the goods. Therefore Northumbrian Pet Supplies cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur.  Every dog is individual and will react differently to food given.
