Sample Bags :


PLEASE NOTE - CHANGES MADE TO OUR SAMPLE REQUEST SYSTEM AS OF 8th April 2009.

Whilst we were more than happy to give free samples to genuine customers it has been brought to our attention that many of the recent sample requests we have received are not from genuine customers.

We have recently had the misfortune of being advertised on the internet by a third party as being a source of "free pet food" and though we did offer free samples these were for genuine customers only and within the Northumberland and Tyne & Wear regions.

Due to this increase in ‘fake’ sample requests and misuse of this service from people finding our site via forums and websites advertising “freebies”- we are unfortunately no longer able to provide free sample bags.

We therefore will now have to charge a small fee for sample bags. If you would like to order a sample and are happy to pay a small fee to facilitate this then please contact us via email or telephone (details on our contacts page) and we can arrange for payment via PayPal and delivery of the sample required.

We apologise if this causes any inconvenience or offence, but are also sure you can understand that being a small company offering a service to local customers in the Northumberland and Tyne & Wear region that we are unable to give away 1000's of free samples to people who have no intentions of ordering or have a genuine interest in our products.
